The Events function is a scheduled events reminder. Just set it and forget it!
Let’s look at an event that we’ve scheduled.
As you can see we’ve scheduled and event with Bob Smith. We gave it the name of Project Review and assigned it a date and time. Note that we also put this in Bob’s calendar. If he had linked his Portal calendar with Google Calendar, it would show up on his Google calendar as well.
It’s also possible to set up Event Generators that will allow you to schedule multiple events at once to a client. Event Generators can be applied to a client in a variety of areas via automation.
